SAN ANTONIO (Feb. 15, 2014) – HeartFire Media, a San Antonio-based creative media and marketing firm, earned its first Silver American Advertising Award (known as the ADDYS) for its San Antonio Scorpions “New Season. New Stadium.” commercial. The thirty-second multimedia video was produced to inform the greater San Antonio community about the Scorpions’ new stadium and season ticket sales benefitting Morgan’s Wonderland.
What An Experience
“We are incredibly humbled to win this prestigious industry award for our creative work in our first year of business,” said HeartFire President and CEO Samantha Najera. “To be nominated in the same categories as H-E-B, CPS Energy and to compete with larger marketing agencies in San Antonio is quite an honor. We love what we do and look forward to creating exciting products to meet our clients’ marketing needs in 2014.”
Managed by the American Advertising Federation-San Antonio, the American Advertising Awards recognized the creative marketing and advertising work from 25 agencies and companies in the greater San Antonio area at its “Breaking Ad” awards gala Feb. 15.
“This American Advertising Awards program is the advertising industry’s largest competition and attracts over 40,000 entries at the local level,” said AAF-San Antonio Vice President Jeremy Hoders.
