Growing up, Hunter always had a passion for numbers, technology, and banking. He was always interested in discovering innovative tools., but couldn’t pinpoint what his true calling was.
He graduated from the University of Incarnate Word in 2010 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance with a Minor in Computer Information Systems.
After graduation, Hunter wanted a profession that would bring his passions together. That’s when he discovered real estate.
Hunter is currently both a broker and the owner of Carter TX Realty, where he specializes in representing buyers and sellers alike with retail sales, new construction or investments.
Since 2012, Carter TX Realty has not only helped San Antonio with its real estate needs but also gives back to the city through many community service projects and fundraisers.
Most recently, Carter TX Realty supported the kids and students of the Arts at the 2018 Student Western Art Auction, that raised money for Student Art Scholarships.
Hunter’s goal is to give every client the best real estate experience while accomplishing any of their real estate goals, as well as make a positive impact on the San Antonio area.
He says that his profession is a dream come true for him because he’s been able to incorporate true talents that not only helped him grow but helped others grow as well.
Hunter even developed an innovative piece of software called Auction Caddy that focuses on investor representation at foreclosure auctions. His software platform, along with his support channels, creates a brokerage ecosystem that thrives.
