As Chief Inspiration Officer at Winslow Consulting, Winslow Swart has helped executives and managers on three continents in small, medium and large firms successfully meet the challenges of strategic planning, team and culture building, leadership development and business performance.

USAA, The City of San Antonio, and Bexar County are just a few of the organizations Winslow has served.

Winslow holds a B.A. in Organizational Psychology, an M.A. in Administration and Organizational Development, a Ph.D. honoris causa in Organizational Leadership and has completed continuing education in Leadership at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.

Winslow serves as the 2018 Co-Chair of membership on the executive board of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and has facilitated their Alexander Briseño Leadership Development Program for the past seven years. Mr. Swart serves on The University of The Incarnate Word’s MAA Advisory Board at the HEB Graduate School of Business.

Winslow has lectured on entrepreneurial leadership at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands, and at colleges and universities in the U.S. including UTSA’s Executive MBA program. Winslow is a published author, columnist, and an adjunct professor for graduate and undergraduate learners in the field of organizational development. He is also co-founder of the startup One Million Dreams.

In addition to building cultures and companies of dreamers and doers through company dream retreats and mentoring, One Million Dreams has released beta versions of the dreemapp on both Google Play for Android and iTunes’ “Test Flight” in iOS. The One Million Dreams App is designed to ignite and accelerate your dreams and help you build the roadmap and action plans towards making your dreams become reality.

There you can create a profile with your top dreams and assign action items and timelines for your own progress. One Million Dreams is a social platform as well. Once you identify your dreams, actions, and timelines for achieving them, you can share them on the app like a social network where others can like your dreams, comment and even provide connections to someone who might be able to help you make your dreams become reality. It’s all about taking action and encouraging one another to do the same, thereby creating a community and a world of dreamers and doers. (iPhone users need to send a request to, Android users can go to Google Play and search One Million Dreams)

Winslow has also published the One Million Dreams “Field Manual” designed to help dreamers get off the grid, work on their dreams (and make 3-ring binders obsolete)

Cheers to helping us see our dreams come true! Thank you Winslow for your creative vision and contribution to the community.
