Lucy Huereca is one of San Antonio’s premier real estate agents and brokers with her company Legendary Realty.   As a native of the Alamo City, Lucy graduated from Texas A&M University and made her decision to return home. Legendary Realty supports residential and commercial real estate needs. Lucy takes great passion in working to help seniors purchase their dream homes and literally rolls out a red carpet  to celebrate their accomplishment. Recently Lucy was selected for Liftfund’s 2018 Women’s Business Accelerator Program. Earlier this year Lucy was awarded “Ambassador the Year”  from San Antonio’s Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.  She was also selected to serve on the Board of the Global Chamber San Antonio in 2017 promoting commercial real estate to international investors and work with Military City USA. Her professional designations include: Certified Negotiation Expert, Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist as well as Graduate Realtor Institute, one of the highest designations a realtor can obtain. Lucy values past clients to an immeasurable degree as she honors them throughout the year. She is the proud mother of four boys ranging from 8 to 20 years old.   In a very short 10-year period Lucy has set the example for younger agents in the career. She hopes to mentor them to success.
