Deliverables

Brand film, social cutdowns, photo library

01 — The challenge

Morgan’s Wonderland needed to reach families beyond San Antonio while making sure the story was told with guests with disabilities—not about them.

02 — The audience insight

Parents do not need to be told a place is accessible. They need to see a kid like theirs having the best day of the summer.

03 — The idea

Built for Every Body: an unscripted film shot at guest eye level, following three families through one day at the park.

04 — What HeartFire made

  1. 0190-second brand film
  2. 02Six 15-second social cutdowns
  3. 03Vertical stories for Instagram and TikTok
  4. 04Captioned and audio-described versions
  5. 05Photo library for PR and partners

05 — The rollout

Launched on owned channels ahead of the summer season, supported by paid social and partner sharing, with captioned versions in every placement.

06 — The outcome
